Regal Rexnord Mexico is seeking an on-site HSE Analyst to support regulatory compliance and safety programs across the local operation. The role involves analyzing NOM requirements, updating procedures, and maintaining records to ensure regulatory adherence.

You will participate in risk assessments, audits, reporting, and training, collaborating with multiple departments to promote a safe and compliant workplace at the Piedras Negras site.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze legal and technical requirements of NOMs assigned.
• Assist in developing and updating administrative procedures, preventive programs, and occupational health guidelines.
• Create formats, records and documentary evidence for regulatory compliance.
• Participate in ergonomic and organizational risk assessments.
• Support in preparing reports, presentations and awareness material.
• Conduct daily walkthroughs and document them.
• Perform quarterly audits.
• Report monthly Velocity data for HSE in Velocity.
• Prepare and investigate incident reports and load information into Velocity promptly.
• Train personnel on labor, environmental, and corporate regulations per annual plan.
• Coordinate drills.
• Support the property security department.
• Environmental procedures
• Maintain HSE indicators
• Register SOP cards and track findings
• Conduct safety gembas and assist tier 2
• Participate in CTPAT

Work Model: This is a fully onsite role, with work performed at your designated Regal Rexnord office.

1. Analizar los requisitos legales y técnicos de las NOM asignadas.
2. Apoyar en la elaboración y actualización de procedimientos administrativos, programas preventivos y lineamientos de salud ocupacional.
3. Crear formatos, registros y evidencias documentales para cumplimiento normativo.
4. Participar en evaluaciones de riesgos ergonómicos y de organización del trabajo.
5. Apoyar en la preparación de reportes, presentaciones y material de concientización.
6. Realizar recorridos diarios y documentarlos
7. Realizar auditorías trimestrales
8. Reportar en Velocity los datos mensuales de HSE
9. Elaborar e investigar los reportes de incidentes y accidentes además de cargar la información en Velocity de manera inmediata
10. Capacitar al personal en normativa laboral, ambiental a. y corporativa de acuerdo con el plan anual.
11. Coordin ar los simulacros
12. Soporte al departamento de seguridad patrimonial
13. Tramites ambientales
14. llevar indicadores de HSE
15. Llevar a cabo el registro de tarjetas SOP y dar seguimiento a. a los hallazgos
16. Realizar gembas de seguridad y asistir a los tier 2
17. Participar en CTPAT
