Regal Rexnord is seeking a Trade Compliance professional to monitor and facilitate compliance for imported and exported products. You will coordinate with shippers, brokers, and freight forwarders to ensure timely and compliant documentation for all import/export declarations.

The role includes reviewing USMCA certificates, Annex 24 controls, VAT/IEPS certification, and performing audits of partner procedures to ensure compliance across operations.

Responsabilidades

• Daily collaboration with internal/external parties to monitor and facilitate compliance on imported/exported product.
• Work with shippers, customs brokers, and freight forwarders to ensure all information and/or documentation is compliant and received timely for import and export declarations and processes.
• Request, review and approve USMCA certificate Analyze and control Annex 24 Support with VAT and IEPS Certification controls.
• Analyzes, audits and evaluates internal and external business partners including operations, procedures, and documentations to verify and ensure global trade compliance.
• Support Compliance Manager related reports, new project, provide information to suppliers, brokers.
• Point of contact with broker and suppliers related Virtual Operations In charge of performance.
• Special operations such as: Virtual Pedimentos, change of regimen, regularization pedimentos.
• Validate complete 100% the Physical and Digital File by month of all import and export operation.
• Validate 100% Payment of suppliers on time.

Work Model

This is a fully onsite role, with work performed at your designated Regal Rexnord office.
