Regal Rexnord invites applicants to join its Supply Chain Early Career Rotational Program, a 24-month program with three eight-month rotations across six focus areas. The program blends hands-on learning with mentoring and professional development to accelerate early career growth in supply chain roles.

Participants gain exposure to Sourcing, Materials Planning, Supplier Quality, S&OP, and Logistics, while developing leadership and cross-functional skills for future roles within Regal Rexnord.

Responsabilidades

• Cross-functional / cross-departmental outlook and managing the various direct and indirect relationships.
• Responsible for timely reporting to agreed-on KPIs and presents strategic sourcing plans, activities and successes to the Senior Leadership Team.
• Develop a broad-based understanding of all areas of our business while acquiring unique leadership skills and capabilities for Regal Rexnord.
• Learn about a culture of continuous improvement and how that drives superior shareholder and customer value.
• Proactively develop and maintain broad knowledge of the technical disciplines in the respective functional area(s) and apply that broad knowledge of trends to various areas of the business.
• Work within a strong mentorship relationship; willing to solicit feedback and take direction.

Work Model:

You’ll work in a hybrid model, onsite at your designated Regal Rexnord location, with flexibility to work remotely.

The Regal Rexnord Supply Chain Early Career Rotational Program is a 24-month program that consists of three eight-month rotations within six primary areas of focus. The program combines a "learn by doing" approach with career mentoring and select leadership and professional development training opportunities to accelerate associates' early career development. Our objective is to organically develop talent within the Supply Chain function in Regal Rexnord to support our business prospectively. Participants will develop a business oriented, cross functional understanding of Regal Rexnord while learning the fundamentals within Supply Chain. The program’s focus is on providing various experiences that will build upon your education to enhance your business and technical skills along with leadership competencies needed to create the foundation for a successful career. It is a progressive and challenging program that provides associates a breadth of unique experiences in various aspects of Supply Chain that will shape you into the leaders of the future.

The areas of focus will be:

• Category Management Sourcing (Direct/Indirect)
• Materials Planning/Purchasing
• Supplier Quality & Development Program Management
• Sales, Inventory and Operations Planning
• Logistics

Responsibilities may include material planning, demand planning, inventory management, logistics, internal process improvement, category strategy support, and supplier management. Upon successful completion of the rotations, Supply Chain ECRP graduates are offered an opportunity in the aforementioned areas.

Key Responsibilities

Specific responsibilities vary with each rotation but include exposure to the following:

Qualifications Minimum Requirements:

• Excellent academic record with a Bachelor’s degree in Business or Engineering preferred
• College academic average 9.0 or higher
• Relevant internship experience
• Travel up to 30%
• Mobility for rotations that could include across the three segments (Automation & Motion Control, Industrial Power Solutions, and Power Efficiency Solutions) and at various Regal Rexnord locations in Mexico
