Regal Rexnord is seeking a Manufacturing Production Process Engineer to design, develop, and implement production processes for efficient mass production. The role is fully onsite at the designated Regal Rexnord office and involves guiding equipment layout, sequencing operations, and ensuring regulatory compliance.

You will analyze projects, propose improvements, and work independently with flexibility over daily priorities.

Formación

• University degree (or equivalent) with 3-5 years of relevant experience or an advanced degree.
• Ability to analyze and improve manufacturing processes.
• Experience guiding design and manufacturing teams on technical specifications.

Responsabilidades

• Analyzes, reviews, and provides recommendations for assigned process or manufacturing improvement projects.
• Implements process improvements to meet quality standards and conducts feasibility studies.
• Performs problem solving and may supervise or assist other staff as needed.

Work Model: This is a fully onsite role, with work performed at your designated Regal Rexnord office. ____________________ Manufacturing Production Process Engineering focuses on designing, developing, and implementing new or revised production processes for the efficient/economical mass production of goods including:

• Designing arrangement of manufacturing equipment to ensure most efficient and productive layout


• Designing the sequence of production operations, specifying procedures for the fabrication of applicable tools and equipment, and adapting machinery in response to factory conditions


• Conducting tests throughout all stages of production to determine control over applicable variables and troubleshooting/solving production problems


• Providing guidance to product design engineering on technical specifications that will best utilize equipment and manufacturing techniques


• Ensuring that production processes and procedures are in compliance with regulations

Analyzes, reviews, and provides recommendations for assigned process or manufacturing improvement projects, ensuring the successful conclusion of all phases within an appropriate time and at appropriate cost. Implement process improvements to meet quality standards, performs feasibility studies and solves problems. This job family is in the professional level category and works independently with flexibility and authority over daily work priorities. Incumbents in this job level category may provide work direction to other employees but would not typically have the authority to discipline or reward other employees. There are different levels available that provide clarity on contribution expectations based on knowledge, application, problem solving, and collaboration.
