SC Johnson in Toluca, Mexico seeks an Associate Manager, Environment to lead site-level deployment of SHE practices, ensuring compliance with local laws and SCJ standards. The role collaborates with regional SHE to align environmental strategies with targets and drive responsible operations.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s in Environmental Science or Engineering, 5+ years of SHE leadership in manufacturing, and hands-on experience with high-hazard chemical process safety management.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Engineering or related discipline.
• 5+ years of progressively increasing SHE leadership responsibility in a global manufacturing organization.
• Experience in high-hazard chemical process safety management (PSM) such as OSHA PSM or Seveso Directive.

Responsabilidades

• Leads environmental compliance assurance processes to ensure compliance with laws, permits and standards.
• Supports compliance with regulatory and company process safety standards to reduce risks of high-hazard chemicals.
• Leads internal audit processes and workplace inspections to identify conditions that could cause environmental impacts or non-conformances.
• Partners with stakeholders to drive closure of corrective and preventive actions.
• Collaborates with engineering and maintenance to document inspections and preventive maintenance for SHE-critical equipment.
