Job summary

Goodyear is seeking an EHS Manager to lead the Environmental, Health and Safety function for the Durango manufacturing operation. You will develop strategies aligned with business and Latin America regional objectives and drive a culture of safety and environmental responsibility.

You will partner with plant leadership to manage risk, drive ISO 14001 compliance, lead incident investigations, and develop the EHS team to achieve zero accidents and zero environmental non-compliance while supporting

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering or safety field.
• 5+ years leading EHS processes in manufacturing with regulatory compliance and ISO 14001 experience.
• 3+ years leading multidisciplinary teams across functions.
• Experience in manufacturing audits with exposure to corporate or governmental reviews.

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation of environmental, health and safety strategies, programs, standards and action plans.
• Ensure compliance with environmental and safety regulations and maintain necessary documentation and audits.
• Lead and develop the EHS team and promote a strong safety culture.
• Lead incident investigations, risk assessments, corrective actions and root-cause analysis.
• Coordinate with plant leadership and regional/global EHS teams to align priorities and drive improvements.
• Oversee environmental management activities including ISO 14001 processes and regulatory compliance.
