Job summary

Connectingology is seeking an experienced EHS Director to lead environmental, health and safety across its automotive manufacturing sites in Irapuato, Guanajuato. You will drive risk prevention, regulatory compliance and a culture of continuous improvement.

The role requires proven EHS leadership in automotive settings, strong knowledge of SEMARNAT, STPS, PROFEPA requirements and advanced English. You will collaborate with facilities management to ensure safe operations and regular audits.

Qualifications

• EHS leadership experience in automotive industry.
• Strong knowledge of environmental regulations, industrial safety, and occupational health.
• Experience with management systems, audits, and risk prevention.
• Knowledge of Mexican regulatory requirements and standards (SEMARNAT, STPS, SIMAS, PROFEPA).
• Experience in Facilities Management.
• Advanced English proficiency.
