NXTSTP MEXICO is seeking an accomplished EHS Manager to lead and develop programs that strengthen a proactive safety culture in our Reynosa operations. You will coach the EHS team, ensure regulatory compliance, and foster strong relationships with authorities while driving continuous improvement.

• Proven experience leading EHS teams and programs with regulatory compliance focus.
• Extensive knowledge of EHS regulations and best practices across jurisdictions.
• Experience developing and leading comprehensive EHS programs.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, coordinate, and support EHS personnel in developing programs that promote and strengthen a proactive safety culture.
• Lead, coach, mentor, and develop EHS team members aligning with objectives.
• Ensure compliance with internal and external EHS regulations, standards, and requirements.
• Establish relationships with regulatory agencies and authorities.
• Develop and implement standards focused on incident prevention, environmental protection, and pollution prevention.
• Conduct EHS audits, inspections, assessments, and reviews for improvement.
• Develop and maintain emergency response and preparedness plans.
• Coordinate EHS training programs to ensure safe and compliant work practices.
• Provide support during federal and state regulatory audits and inspections.
