The Hershey Company is seeking an Environmental, Health and Safety Manager to lead EMS and SMS programs across our manufacturing operations in Mexico. You will partner with plant leadership to drive risk reduction, regulatory compliance, and a world‑class safety culture.

Responsibilities include audits, investigations, training, incident management, and capital project reviews to ensure environmental and safety requirements are embedded from planning through execution.

Formación

• 5+ years of EHS experience in manufacturing or similar industry.
• Experience leading regulatory compliance programs, audits, and incident investigations.
• Ability to influence leaders and employees at multiple levels.

Responsabilidades

• Lead EMS and SMS implementation and continuous improvement.
• Develop and execute EHS strategies for safety, health, and environmental performance.
• Analyze EHS metrics to identify risk reduction opportunities.
• Conduct audits, inspections, and risk assessments to ensure compliance.
• Lead investigations into incidents and environmental events with corrective actions.
• Design training programs to build EHS capability and safety culture.
• Recommend plant improvements to reduce risk and enhance operations.
• Coordinate emergency response programs and drills.
