WorldStrides is seeking an Education Sales Representative/ Lead Qualifier to generate new opportunities through high-volume outbound calls and email outreach to schools and teachers across the U.S.

You will qualify leads, consistently meet monthly targets for calls and qualified leads, and collaborate with the Sales team by passing high-quality opportunities for closing. This goal-driven role offers on-site and hybrid options with a commission structure to enhance earnings.

Formación

• Six months or more experience in sales/lead creation/lead qualifying with Telephone sales experience preferred.
• Proficiency in relevant computer applications including CRM.
• Desired knowledge of customer service/sales principles and practices.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Advanced (85%+) English level.

Responsabilidades

• Make calls and leave messages for teachers nationwide and use talk tracks for live calls.
• Send follow‑up emails.
• Work on special projects, including periodic competitive calls, calls to unassigned schools, specialty schools and other telemarketing efforts.
• Periodically research schools to help identify top prospects and maintain the database.
