WorldStrides is seeking a Business Development Representative (BDR) / Lead Qualifier to generate new opportunities through high-volume outbound calls and email outreach to schools across the U.S. You will identify teachers interested in organizing student travel experiences and pass high-quality leads to the Sales team for closing.

This goal-driven role rewards performance with a commission structure, requiring resilience, strong communication, and the ability to maintain activity levels daily

Formación

• Six months or more experience in sales/lead creation/lead qualifying with telephone sales preferred.
• Proficiency with CRM and basic computer applications.
• Advanced (85%+) English level.
• Familiar with office rules and environment.
• Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated.

Responsabilidades

• Make calls and leave messages for teachers nationwide.
• Send follow-up emails.
• Collaborate with Sales by passing high-quality opportunities.
• Meet monthly targets for calls and qualified leads.
• Research schools to identify top prospects.
