Job summary

Zenit Corp is seeking a Creative Strategist to bridge marketing performance with creative execution across paid social, landing pages, and content tests. You will translate research, data, and customer psychology into actionable creative directions and briefs, partnering with Head Of Marketing and a cross-functional team.

You will build a structured creative process, identify winning angles, and run tests while maintaining an organized backlog.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in ecommerce or DTC growth teams.
• Fluent English, C1 mandatory.
• Ability to create clear, execution oriented briefs.
• Strong copywriting ability.

Responsibilities

• Identify creative opportunities from research and customer insights.
• Translate motivations into angles, hooks, messages, and offers.
• Develop ad concepts, scripts, storyboards, and UGC directions.
• Write clear creative briefs with objectives and success criteria.
• Analyze performance and build testing roadmaps.
