PepsiCo Inc. is seeking an E2E Smart Ordering Capability Coordinator to oversee rollout waves, ensure readiness, and align commercial plans across regions and sales teams. You will translate pricing guardrails into actionable playbooks and monitor KPI adoption to drive scalable Tailored Pricing.

The role requires 3–5 years in business, strong communication, and fluent English, with a focus on operational excellence and cross-functional coordination across sales, supply, and analytics teams.

Formación

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Economics, Marketing, Commercial Management, Data Analytics or related disciplines.
  • 3 to 5 years of business/industry work experience
  • Outstanding communication skills with the ability to clearly present data to senior leaders.
  • English: Fluent
  • Master degree desirable

  • Provide leadership with dashboards and insights on adoption and value-capture progress.
  • Identify opportunities to simplify field processes and accelerate Tailored Pricing scalability.

Responsibilities
The Opportunity

E2E Smart Ordering End to End project coordination & Control ensuring business decisions are operationalized through sales routines, customer communication flows, system readiness, data-quality controls and frontline adoption mechanisms required to scale Tailored Pricing as a sustainable commercial capability. The role will support the E2E smart ordering Manager by coordinating rollout waves, field readiness, execution governance, issue resolution, action-plan follow-up and KPI visibility across the regions, sales districts, supply teams and customers.

Your Impact

As E2E Capability coordinator your responsibilities would consist of:

  1. Coordinate field execution of rollout waves, ensuring commercial plans, pricing rules, customer lists, system readiness and field routines are aligned before deployment.
  2. Translate approved GTM and commercial guardrails into clear operational playbooks, frontline routines and execution checklists for sales teams.
  3. Monitor execution compliance and adoption KPIs, identifying gaps between pricing design and field implementation and driving corrective action plans.
  4. Serve as the day-to-day connection point between commercial strategy teams and field sales teams to capture execution barriers, coordinate resolutions and elevate risks.
  5. Support pilot and test-and-learn execution by coordinating store/customer selection inputs, readiness tracking, feedback collection, control/treatment execution checks and lessons learned.
  6. Maintain operational governance routines including status updates, issue logs, risk tracking, action plans, SLA follow-up and rollout readiness reviews.
  7. Coordinate training execution, reinforcement materials and field communication inputs in partnership with Change Management to sustain new pricing behaviors and routines.
  8. Provide recurring visibility to leadership on adoption, execution quality, field feedback, operational risks and value-capture progress, using dashboards and structured insights.
  9. Identify continuous improvement opportunities to simplify field processes, improve compliance, enhance customer-level execution and accelerate Tailored Pricing scalability.
Qualifications
