Element Fleet Management in Veracruz, Mexico is seeking a DSC Associate to handle frontline inquiries via phone, email, and chat. You will document cases in Salesforce Service Cloud, educate drivers on self-service tools, and relay trends for continuous improvement.

The role requires 1–2 years in customer service, strong Spanish communication, basic English, and CRM familiarity. A hybrid work model and a competitive package are offered.

Formación

• High school diploma or bachelor’s degree in progress.
• 1–2 years of experience in customer service, call center or help‑desk environments.
• Good communication skills in Spanish; basic English ability.
• Familiarity with CRM systems preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Respond to driver inquiries via phone, email and chat; resolve routine requests or triage to appropriate departments.
• Document cases in Salesforce Service Cloud, ensuring accurate categorization and notes for follow‑up.
• Educate drivers about self‑service tools (Element One & WhatsApp) and encourage adoption.
• Identify trends or recurring issues and relay feedback to the supervisor for continuous improvement.
• Participate in training sessions and contribute to knowledge base articles or FAQs.
