Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher in a relevant field from a community college or technical institute
• Desirable: Bachelor's degree in a related field
• Experience with Microsoft Office 365 apps (SharePoint, etc.) and Oracle ERP
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, printing/distributing documents, and creating templates
• 3+ years as a Technical Document Specialist or similar role; 5+ preferred

Responsibilities

• Update engineering documentation as directed by engineers
• Create and maintain product and component lifecycles in Oracle
• Compile product documentation packages ensuring completeness
• Maintain critical correspondence (electronic and hard copies)
• Review drafts for nonconforming information and correct as needed
• Manage approval workflow for procedures, documents, records, and drawings
• Collaborate to maintain and retain qualifying documents and information
• Ensure document retention complies with internal and external standards
