Littelfuse, a NASDAQ-listed industrial technology leader, seeks a Distribution Manager to lead distribution, warehousing, and logistics for its Industrial Circuit Products business. You will drive OTIF performance, improve fill rates, and manage inventory accuracy while safeguarding safety and quality.

Formación

• Minimum 5 years of experience in distribution centers, warehousing, logistics, or shipping operations with 2–3 years in a management role.
• Experience leading operations of 50–70+ employees across multiple shifts.
• Strong knowledge of end-to-end order fulfillment: delivery creation, picking, packing, staging, shipping, PGI, and ASN.
• Advanced proficiency in SAP, including transaction management and troubleshooting shipping issues.
• Hands-on pick-and-pack, cross-docking, and customer/retail distribution.
• Fluent English with ability to communicate with corporate stakeholders and U.S.-based counterparts.
• Knowledge of retail requirements: labeling, ASN compliance, routing guides, delivery windows, and chargebacks.
• Experience managing carriers, transportation scheduling, Bills of Lading, and export documentation.
• Experience with Lean, 5S/6S, root-cause analysis, and continuous improvement.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee OTIF shipment performance and order fill rate.
• Monitor order backlog and aging, and optimize picking/packing accuracy.
• Improve dock utilization and loading cycle times; manage transportation costs.
• Drive safety performance: accidents, incidents, and unsafe conditions.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives across warehousing, distribution, and logistics.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing, Planning, Customer Service, Procurement, and Global Supply Chain teams.
