Responsibilities include scheduling drivers, route management, and ensuring safety and compliance, while supporting cost analysis and fleet planning. Strong customer service is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 1–2 years in trucking/dispatch preferred.
• Advanced English required.
• Familiar with DOT rules and regulations.
• Ability to manage high-stress situations calmly.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Dispatch pending loads and assign drivers.
• Schedule routes and communicate freight requirements.
• Monitor routes and establish new ones to ensure timely deliveries.
• Assist drivers with routing directions and proper execution.
• Maintain high compliance with dispatch standards and procedures.
• Update customer portals with load information and forecasts.
• Pull load forecasts from the system and update events.
• Contribute to cost analysis and fleet planning.
