Atomic - Remote Jobs is seeking a Creative Project Manager to plan and oversee creative campaigns and assets for mission-driven organizations, especially in higher education. You will coordinate schedules, track deadlines, and serve as the main contact for cross-functional teams, ensuring projects run smoothly from kickoff to delivery.

With 2+ years in creative/marketing project management, you will collaborate with designers, copywriters, and strategists.

Formación

• 2+ years of creative/marketing project management experience in an agency setting.
• Proven ability to manage design, copywriting, and marketing projects across teams.
• Strong organizational and communication skills with attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Create & Maintain Project Timelines Develop and adjust project schedules in platforms like Asana, prioritizing tasks and milestones across multiple campaigns.
• Coordinate Cross-Functional Teams Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and marketing strategists to assign tasks, monitor progress, and resolve potential roadblocks.
• Manage Workload & Resources Assess team capacity, redistribute tasks when necessary, and ensure the right resources are in place to meet project objectives.
• Track & Report Progress Identify at-risk tasks using project tracking reports, elevate issues promptly, and keep stakeholders updated on project status.
• Optimize Processes Spot inefficiencies in the workflow, recommend improvements, and implement best practices to enhance creative operations.
• Facilitate Communication Serve as the main touchpoint for internal teams, providing clear, regular status updates and ensuring deadlines are met.
