The ideal candidate has deep knowledge of the Mexican consumer market and a proven track record managing large, diverse sales teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.
• 10+ years in sales with 5+ years in national sales management.
• Proven success in national sales strategies and revenue growth.
• Extensive knowledge of Mexican consumer goods market and distribution channels.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Willing to travel extensively across Mexico; based in Mexicali or willing to relocate.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement national sales strategies to grow revenue and market share.
• Lead and mentor a national team of regional sales managers.
• Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities.
• Manage relationships with key national accounts and distributors.
• Oversee the national sales budget and optimize resources.
• Present forecasts, reports, and strategic plans to senior leadership.
