Flex is seeking a Director, Global Program Management (Medical experience) in Aguascalientes Site, Mexico to lead complex medical device programs across global teams. You will oversee schedules, budgets, and stakeholder communications to ensure on-time delivery and customer satisfaction.

Reporting to the Sr. Director, you will drive program strategy, collaborate with operations and commercial teams, and elevate process standards while navigating regulatory and manufacturing challenges.

Formación

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in medical, business administration, engineering, or related fields or equivalent work experience.
• Strong program management experience.
• Ability to lead programs with a strong sense of drive and accountability.
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members, including technical concepts, budgets, risks, and schedule issues.
• Expertise in various manufacturing processes and techniques.
• Ability to support business development by giving presentations and participating in meetings with prospective customers as the program management representative.
• A thorough understanding of the unique challenges of medical device manufacturing.
• Experience managing programs from early concept through transfer to manufacturing.
• Outstanding communication skills appropriate for executive-level audiences and strong presentation skills.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain accountability for assigned programs, ensuring content, quality, and accuracy of deliverables meet requirements.
• Create and manage program schedules and budgets; monitor milestones and timelines.
• Drive the program with leadership and ownership of critical aspects.
• Manage customer relationships globally and be the single point of escalation for issues.
• Establish and maintain program structure and reporting rhythm.
• Partner with operations, commercial, and cross-functional teams to align strategies.
• Drive continuous improvements and standardization efforts with best practices.
• Provide input into customer contract development and ensure contract requirements are met.
• Leverage OEM experience in launching medical devices across regulatory, reimbursement, and operational needs.
