Qualifications

• Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• 10–12 years of progressive sales leadership experience in FMCG, especially in Hermosillo, Sonora.
• Proven ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans and meet targets.
• Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills; manage and inspire teams.
• Fluency in Spanish with professional English proficiency.
