Qualifications

• 15+ years of professional experience with 8-10+ years in management.
• Proven track record in cross-cultural and matrix environments.
• Formulation and implementation of business strategy across customer segments.

Responsibilities

• Leadership role for a team of product sales professionals.
• Determine and deliver the sales plan/pipeline goals of the business with Product Heads.
• Develop and execute on a pipeline of client prospects to drive growth.
• Manage a team of sales managers who achieve aggressive revenue goals and targets.
• Oversee key drivers like calling plans, deal closure and customer satisfaction.
• Establish relationships with key clients and business partners to identify opportunities.
• Monitor market trends and client needs to identify opportunities and threats.
• Coordinate internally to ensure timely execution of client mandates.
• Adopt new marketing strategies such as partnerships and conferences.
• Embed quality in client touch-points including proposals and presentations.
• Develop sales talent through coaching and training opportunities.
• Collaborate with Legal, Compliance, Risk, Audit, Finance to ensure governance.
