This senior leadership position is responsible for ensuring the highest standards of service, operational efficiency, and guest satisfaction across all resort amenities, with a strong emphasis on marine sports and activities. Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all day-to-day operations of the resort, including accommodation, food & beverage, and marine sports activities.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance operational efficiency, profitability, and guest experience.

• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, environmental, and licensing regulations.

• Oversee the procurement and maintenance of marine sports equipment and facilities.
• Develop and execute marketing and promotional strategies for resort offerings, particularly marine activities.
• Foster strong relationships with local authorities, suppliers, and community stakeholders.
• Implement innovative programs and services to differentiate the resort in the market.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• MBA is preferred.

• Proven experience managing marine sports operations or similar water-based recreational facilities.
