AutoZone Business and Technology Store Support Center in Chihuahua is seeking a Direct Marketing Coordinator to provide operational and administrative support for diverse customer communications across email, SMS, push notifications, direct mail, and future channels.

You will work with the Assistant Marketing Manager to coordinate campaign logistics, QA activities, asset organization, and documentation, ensuring processes are followed and campaigns run efficiently.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of marketing, project coordination, campaign operations, or related experience.

Responsabilidades

• Support campaign production across email, SMS, push, direct mail, and future channels.
• Assist with campaign setup and production activities within marketing platforms.
• Prepare campaigns for quality assurance and deployment.
• Coordinate campaign assets, creative files, and supporting documentation.
• Maintain campaign calendars and production schedules.
• Assist with operational coordination across multiple concurrent projects.
• Prepare campaign performance reports for review.
• Compile operational metrics and production statistics.
• Assist with reporting requests from business partners.
