AutoZone de México is seeking a Content Operations Associate to enrich our electronic catalog data from validation to publishing. You will interpret, analyze, clean, standardize, and input data across assigned categories to ensure accuracy and timely delivery.

The role emphasizes high-volume data entry, Excel-based processing, and documentation. You will work with the data team to maintain quality, backups, and clear process guidelines in a fast-paced retail environment.

Formación

• Associate degree or equivalent formal training.
• Field of study includes engineering, automotive, mechanics, industrial, business, IT, or marketing.
• 0–2 years of experience.
• High-volume data entry and management information systems experience.
• Basic data processing and Excel skills.
• Bilingual English-Spanish preferred.

Responsabilidades

• 90% Content Operations – enrich catalog data from validation, interpretation, analysis, standardization, input, and publishing.
• 10% Team Support – assist Content Analyst Sr peers on special projects.
