Qualifications
- Pursuing Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, Marketing, Data Analytics, Engineering, or related field.
- Advanced English proficiency (B2 or higher).
- Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Experience with Agile methodologies, Jira, Confluence is a plus.
Responsabilités
- Support Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Backlog Refinement, Daily Standups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
- Document key decisions, action items, risks, and dependencies.
- Assist Product Owners in coordinating day-to-day product activities and tracking progress.
- Help define and document epics, user stories, process flows, and functional requirements.
