Clarios, LLC invites a Digital Product Intern to support delivery and ongoing improvement of digital products. You will collaborate with business, product, and technology teams in an Agile environment to help with backlog management and product strategy.
You will gain hands-on experience in Sprint planning, documenting epics and user stories, and translating business needs into actionable requirements, while learning to prioritise work and communicate with stakeholders.
The Role As a Digital Product Intern, you will support the delivery and continuous improvement of digital products by collaborating with business, product, and technology teams. This role provides hands‑on experience in Agile product development, backlog management, stakeholder engagement, and product strategy while contributing to the successful execution of product initiatives.
Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Backlog Refinement, Daily Standups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives. Document key decisions, action items, risks, and dependencies. Assist Product Owners in coordinating day‑to‑day product activities and tracking progress.
Help define and document epics, user stories, process flows, and functional requirements. Maintain product documentation to ensure clarity, consistency, and alignment with business objectives. Support the translation of business needs into actionable product requirements.
Assist in organising and maintaining the product backlog. Analyse stakeholder feedback, business priorities, and dependencies to support feature prioritisation. Contribute to identifying opportunities for product enhancements and continuous improvement.
Coordinate follow‑ups and communications across business, product, and technology teams. Support alignment among stakeholders and help remove blockers impacting product delivery. Participate in discussions that drive product decisions and execution.
Gather and analyse customer feedback, market trends, and competitive insights. Support product roadmap planning and strategic initiatives. Develop recommendations based on data and business needs.
Product documentation is accurate, organised, and up to date. Agile ceremonies and product activities are effectively supported. Stakeholder requirements and feedback are captured and communicated clearly. Product backlog items are maintained and prioritised appropriately. Action items, risks, and dependencies are tracked proactively.

Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Marketing, Data Analytics, Engineering, or a related field. Advanced English proficiency (B2 or higher required). Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across technical and business teams. Analytical mindset with an interest in digital products, technology, and solving business challenges. Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. Experience with Agile methodologies, Jira, Confluence, product management concepts, or process documentation is a plus but not required.
