• Pursuing Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, Marketing, Data Analytics, Engineering, or related field.
• Advanced English proficiency (B2 or higher).
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Experience with Agile methodologies, Jira, Confluence is a plus.

The Role

As a Digital Product Intern, you will support the delivery and continuous improvement of digital products by collaborating with business, product, and technology teams. This role provides hands-on experience in Agile product development, backlog management, stakeholder engagement, and product strategy while contributing to the successful execution of product initiatives.

What You'll Do (Impact Areas)

Agile Product Delivery

• Support Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Backlog Refinement, Daily Standups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
• Document key decisions, action items, risks, and dependencies.
• Assist Product Owners in coordinating day-to-day product activities and tracking progress.

Requirements & Documentation

• Help define and document epics, user stories, process flows, and functional requirements.
• Maintain product documentation to ensure clarity, consistency, and alignment with business objectives.
• Support the translation of business needs into actionable product requirements.

Backlog Management & Prioritization

• Assist in organizing and maintaining the product backlog.
• Analyze stakeholder feedback, business priorities, and dependencies to support feature prioritization.
• Contribute to identifying opportunities for product enhancements and continuous improvement.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Coordinate follow-ups and communications across business, product, and technology teams.
• Support alignment among stakeholders and help remove blockers impacting product delivery.
• Participate in discussions that drive product decisions and execution.

Product Research & Analysis

• Gather and analyze customer feedback, market trends, and competitive insights.
• Support product roadmap planning and strategic initiatives.
• Develop recommendations based on data and business needs.

What You Bring (Qualifications)

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Marketing, Data Analytics, Engineering, or a related field.
• Advanced English proficiency (B2 or higher required).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across technical and business teams.
• Analytical mindset with an interest in digital products, technology, and solving business challenges.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Experience with Agile methodologies, Jira, Confluence, product management concepts, or process documentation is a plus but not required.
