You will collaborate with manufacturing, operations, engineering, IT, and data teams to translate shop-floor challenges into practical digital solutions and help implement adoption across manufacturing environments.

Formación
- Bachelor's degree in a related technical field.
- 1-3 years in manufacturing, process engineering, or digital transformation.
- Experience supporting digital/automation/data projects in manufacturing.
- Hands-on with data analysis, reporting, or visualization tools (Power BI, SQL, Python, Grafana, Excel).
- Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Responsabilidades
- Support digital transformation and Manufacturing 4.0 projects from problem definition to adoption and sustainment.
- Partner with manufacturing teams to implement digital solutions and automation projects.
- Collect, validate, and analyze manufacturing data and support reporting/visualization.
- Translate needs into actionable digital requirements and scale solutions across operations.
