Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related technical field.
1-3 years in manufacturing, process engineering, or digital transformation.
Experience supporting digital/automation/data projects in manufacturing.
Hands-on with data analysis, reporting, or visualization tools (Power BI, SQL, Python, Grafana, Excel).
Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

Support digital transformation and Manufacturing 4.0 projects from problem definition to adoption and sustainment.
Partner with manufacturing teams to implement digital solutions and automation projects.
Collect, validate, and analyze manufacturing data and support reporting/visualization.
Translate needs into actionable digital requirements and scale solutions across operations.
