Corning Incorporated in Reynosa is seeking a student-intern to support the Tool Shop and Additive Manufacturing area by digitally managing 3D printers and laser engraving equipment, and by optimizing material Kanban systems to improve availability and efficiency.

You will collaborate with manufacturing and maintenance teams to identify opportunities for process improvement, document workflows, and assist in CAD-based part and tooling designs while gaining hands-on experience in a fast-paced

Formación

• Requires ongoing Bachelor’s degree in Mechatronic or Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Knowledge of CAD software and measurement systems.
• Analytical problem-solving and attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

Role Purpose

Support the Tool Shop and Additive Manufacturing area through the digital management of 3D printers and laser engraving equipment, as well as the optimization of material Kanban systems. This role is intended to improve manufacturing support processes, contribute to business maintenance needs.

Responsibilities

• Support maintenance-related activities for manufacturing tools and equipment, as required.

Required Education

• Bachelor’s degree in progress in Mechatronic Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
