You will be the knowledge expert, guiding clients and internal teams on best practices, project timelines, and risk management, while aligning Digital initiatives with broader omnichannel goals. Collaboration with Product, R&D, Sales and Marketing is essential to deliver successful, measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of digital experience with websites and/or mobile apps.
• Experience managing enterprise client relationships and executive stakeholders.
• Strong project and risk management for programs and large customers.
• Basic website knowledge: HTML, CSS, Javascript.
• Excellent strategic communication abilities with challenging program needs.

Responsibilities

• Handle large-scale SaaS implementations for the Digital product portfolio.
• Serve as a knowledge expert and best-practices resource for the team.
• Manage Strategic & Enterprise client portfolio with executive stakeholders.
• Lead project management and risk management for large customers.
• Align Digital strategy with omnichannel program objectives.
• Collaborate with Product, R&D, Sales & Marketing.
• Deliver milestones on time and within budget.
• Drive renewals and account growth through measurable outcomes.
• Create repeatable success stories with enterprise clients.
