SLB in Mexico City seeks a technical support specialist for Digital Drilling Solutions (Well Planning & Drilling Operations). You will deliver managed services, train users, provide remote/onsite support, and handle Level 1 incident management.

You will prepare reports, coordinate with engineering for enhancements, participate in customer meetings, ensure data quality and SLAs, and maintain service records.

Formación

• 3 to 10 years of experience in drilling operations, drilling engineering, real-time operations, or digital drilling environments.

Responsabilidades

• Provide technical support for Digital Drilling Solutions (Well Planning & Drilling Operations).
• Deliver managed services, user training, remote/onsite support, and Level 1 incident management.
• Prepare and validate reports, project deliverables, and operational documentation.
• Support customers by troubleshooting issues and coordinating with engineering teams for enhancements and bug resolution.
• Participate in customer meetings, technical presentations, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with data management, quality, and operational standards.
• Maintain accurate service records, incident tracking, and time reporting.
