PepsiCo in Nuevo León, San Nicolás de los Garza, is seeking a DevOps analyst to support global Supply Chain & Planning with its core WMS template. The role focuses on driving change adoption, transitions to sustain (T2S), and building enterprise capability across move-site user bases, delivering 24/7 support for critical operations.

The candidate will resolve incidents across WMS, interfaces with ERP (SAP), and warehouse IT hardware while strengthening Process ownership and knowledge management

Formación

• ITIL/ITSM experience required.
• Strong understanding of warehouse processes and IT.
• Experience with ServiceNow and incident management.

Responsabilidades

• Incident resolution for WMS and ERP integrations.
• Own ServiceNow incidents and problems for regional groups to meet SLAs.
• Support AWMS sites and markets with non-vendor defects and process issues.
• Maintain knowledge base for user materials.
• Manage change requests from intake through design, delivery, testing and release to Production.

Opportunity

The purpose of this role is to support our growing global Supply Chain & Planning capability, centred around our core WMS template. We are seeking a DevOps analyst with strong warehouse process and IT knowledge to drive change adoption, transition to sustain (T2S) and build enterprise capability across the user base to reduce incidents and problems, driving day to day service delivery as part of a team providing 24/7 coverage to business critical Move sites.

Responsibilities

• Incident resolution for WMS and integrations, including interfaces with ERP (e.g., SAP), automation systems, and warehouse IT hardware ie. handheld terminals (HHTs) & printers.
• Core IT functional ownership of LEA Reply Europe and LATAM assignment groups to ensure ServiceNow incidents and problems are resolved to meet service levels.
• Supporting the AWMS sites and markets in non-vendor defects and issues, especially business process errors, user application errors, or broader competency-based issues.
• Maintains ServiceNow knowledge base of key articles to ensure supporting materials meet the needs of the user base.
• Manages change requests from intake through functional design, prioritisation, technical delivery, testing and release to Production.

Qualifications

• ITIL / ITSM & demonstrable experience.
