Intel is seeking a Development Tools Software Engineer in Mexico, Guadalajara, to design, develop, and optimize software tools for silicon debug, validation, and production processes. You will collaborate with validation teams and external partners to deliver tool functionality that accelerates silicon product readiness and market delivery.
The role involves debugging, documentation, customer support, and hardware-software integration with JTAG/I3C/SMBus.

As a Development Tools Software Engineer, you will design, develop, and optimize software tools that support silicon debug, validation, and production processes. Your contributions will directly enable Intel's internal and external engineering teams to build cutting-edge silicon and software products. In this role, you will develop innovative software solutions that enhance tool functionality, ensure seamless hardware-software integration, and help bring Intel silicon products to market efficiently and effectively.Business group
You will join a team within Intel that is dedicated to the development of software tools and systems critical to silicon design, manufacturing, validation, and system integration. Our group collaborates across multiple business units to deliver impactful solutions, including debug tools, validation content execution platforms, and manufacturing test systems.
These tools are utilized by both Intel teams and external technology partners, playing an integral role in achieving Intel's mission to drive innovation and technological excellence globally.
