Job summary

Polaris Mexico is seeking a skilled Desktop Administrator to provide advanced technical support and endpoint management in a dynamic enterprise environment. You will work on Tier 3 troubleshooting, software deployment, and ongoing improvement of client technology solutions across office and manufacturing sites.

The role requires 3–5 years of Windows experience, SCCM/Intune proficiency, and strong PowerShell/ITSM skills.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Information Management, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
3–5 years of experience supporting Windows operating systems in an enterprise environment.
Hands-on experience with Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (SCCM) and Intune, including software deployment, patch management, and endpoint administration.
Proficiency with PowerShell, Visual Basic, command-line tools, and ITSM platforms such as ServiceNow.

Responsibilities

Package, test, and deploy software using SCCM and Intune following client standards.
Troubleshoot Tier 3 incidents and support patch management and endpoint lifecycle activities.
Develop and maintain technical documentation, procedures, and endpoint management best practices.
Collaborate with Infrastructure, Information Security, and business teams on initiatives and roadmaps.
Balance daily operational support with project execution in office environments.
