Walbridge De Mexico is seeking a senior design and project leadership professional responsible for coordinating multidisciplinary design, overseeing design execution, and aligning client expectations with construction requirements.

You will lead design reviews, manage deliverables, mitigate design risks, and serve as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, architects, engineers, contractors throughout the project lifecycle.

Formación

• 8+ years of experience supporting industrial, manufacturing, or large-scale construction projects.
• 5+ years of experience leading multidisciplinary design and engineering coordination.
• Proven experience delivering Design-Build projects and partnering directly with industrial clients.

In this role, you will be responsible for driving the integration of engineering disciplines, overseeing design execution, coordinating technical reviews, managing project deliverables, mitigating design risks, and ensuring alignment between client expectations, project objectives, and construction requirements. As a key member of the project leadership team, you will serve as the primary point of contact for design-related matters, collaborating closely with clients, consultants, architects, engineers, contractors, and construction teams throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, Architecture, or a related discipline.
• 8+ years of experience supporting industrial, manufacturing, or large-scale construction projects.
• 5+ years of experience leading multidisciplinary design and engineering coordination.
• Proven experience delivering Design-Build projects and partnering directly with industrial clients.
• Strong understanding of design management, constructability reviews, document control, change management, BIM coordination, and project scheduling.
• Proficiency with industry-standard platforms such as Microsoft Project or Primavera P6, Autodesk Construction Cloud, BIM 360, Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office.
