Citigroup Inc. is seeking a Digital Content Analyst 2 to monitor, analyze, and improve digital content to meet business goals. You will collaborate with internal partners, manage content calendars, and ensure compliance with policies while leveraging analytics to drive improvements.

The role emphasizes building audience segments, supporting media distribution, and partnering with global teams to share insights and optimize content strategy. Strong CMS and front-end exposure is beneficial.

Qualifications

• 0-2 years of experience and/or internships in writing, editing and producing digital content
• Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience
• Desirable exposure to CMS like AEM, WordPress, Drupal or other corporate CMS

Responsabilités

• Work with internal content partners to ensure content is serving business objectives and meeting KPIs
• Create content, as assigned, for specific pillars, including oversight of the content calendar and editing
• Ensure compliance with business, legal and compliance review of content and imagery
• Review and optimize analytics to meet traffic/engagement goals and program KPIs
• Support the media plan and collaborate with agency partners to distribute content to target audiences
• Support consumer strategy and pilots by sharing learnings with global teams
• Build audience profiles and segments aligned with Citi-produced content
• Support retargeting strategies to reach Citi customers across cards and bank audiences
• Provide leadership with data to justify ongoing content investment
• Support campaigns for large-scale media partnerships to deliver aligned content

Formation

Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience

Engineering or degree in Systems/Computing or related

Recent graduate with internship in front-end development
