Placements24 is seeking a results-driven Human Resources Business Developer based in Mérida, Yucatán. The role focuses on identifying new business opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and expanding our HR services footprint through face-to-face client engagement.

The ideal candidate has a track record in business development or sales, with a solid understanding of HR principles, and is fluent in Spanish (English a plus).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, HR or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in business development, sales or account management, preferably HR/consulting.
• Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong understanding of HR functions and services.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the HR services market.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients and prospects.
• Understand client needs and propose tailored HR solutions.
• Prepare and deliver proposals and presentations.
• Negotiate and close sales contracts, hitting revenue targets.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure service delivery.
