A consumer protection law firm is seeking a Demands Writer Assistant in Mexico. You will manage client communications, assist in the demand process, and ensure the accuracy of documents. Ideal candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree and demonstrate strong attention to detail and teamwork capabilities. This role allows for proactive engagement in a supportive environment.

Responsabilidades

• Handle all Spanish speaking calls.
• Call clients to update on demand submissions.
• Assist clients with signing necessary forms.
• Obtain client questionnaires assessing pain levels and save them to client files.
• Extend settlements and coordinate releases with clients.
• Follow up to obtain signed releases/CMS forms/PLED waivers if necessary.
• Assist clients in signing releases/PLED waivers/1.5.1 forms both via mail and electronically.
• Open subrogation for clients and follow up to obtain final liens.
• Receive and send correspondence via mail.
• Call insurance adjusters to ensure demands are received.
• Answer adjusters when Demand Writers cannot take their call and take messages.
• Send correspondence, including signed release/W9 forms via mail to adjusters.
• Perform all other miscellaneous duties assigned by the Demand Writers they assist.

Satellite Teams is in search of a Demands writer Assistant who will be working for an LA-based distinguished law firm protecting consumers over a decade and will be responsible for assisting Demand Writers with client needs as well as communicating with adjusters and insurance companies, when necessary, in order to finalize clients’ settlements. It’s a culture where you have the freedom to experiment and push your talents as far as they can go.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Handle all Spanish speaking calls, including but not limited to assisting clients with their needs/inquiries and following up accordingly.
• Call clients to let them know their demand has been sent to the insurance company.
• Send a letter out to clients to confirm that their demand has been sent on their behalf.
• Obtain client questionnaires assessing pain levels and save them to client files.
• Extend settlements and coordinate releases with clients.
• Follow up to make sure that we receive signed releases/CMS forms/PLED waivers if necessary.
• Assist clients in signing releases/PLED waivers/1.5.1 (refer out) forms both via mail and electronically.
• Open subrogation for clients and following up to obtain final liens.
• Receive and send correspondence via mail.
• Call insurance adjusters to make sure demands are received.
• Answer adjusters when Demand Writers cannot take their call and take messages for Demand Writers.
