Legal Management Group in the Jalisco region seeks a skilled Demands Team attorney to review personal injury cases, assess readiness for demand, and craft persuasive demand packages that support favorable settlements.

You will identify case strengths and weaknesses, guide when more work is needed, and draft demand letters that maximize case value while collaborating with lawyers and staff to move cases efficiently through the demand process.

Formación

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) or equivalent law degree.
• Licensed attorney in good standing.
• Experience in personal injury law, civil litigation, insurance claims, or demand preparation is strongly preferred.
• Exceptional legal writing and analytical skills.
• Strong strategic thinking and sound legal judgment.
• Ability to manage multiple cases with accuracy and quality.

Responsabilidades

• Review and analyze personal injury case files to determine readiness for the demand stage.
• Evaluate liability, medical records, damages, and supporting evidence.
• Draft comprehensive, persuasive demand letters and packages.
• Develop case strategies presenting liability, damages, and settlement value.

What You'll Do

• Review and analyze personal injury case files to determine readiness for the demand stage.
• Evaluate liability, medical records, damages, treatment history, and supporting evidence.
• Determine whether a case is ready for demand or requires additional development.
• Clearly document any deficiencies and provide actionable recommendations to prepare the case for demand.
• Draft comprehensive, persuasive, and strategically focused demand letters and demand packages.
• Develop case strategies that effectively present liability, damages, and settlement value.
• Partner with attorneys, case managers, and legal support staff to move cases efficiently through the demand process.
• Ensure all demand packages meet quality standards and are completed within established timelines.
• Maintain accurate case documentation and support continuous process improvements.
