Danone Mexico is seeking a Demand Planning Product Analyst to bridge demand planning and IT, shaping solutions that improve forecast quality and collaboration. You will translate business needs into structured requirements and maintain backlogs in an Agile setting.

You will support forecasting, S&OP processes, and data integration across planning tools, ERP systems, and analytics platforms. Strong English and Spanish, plus 3+ years in planning tech, are preferred.

Formación

• Experience as a Product Analyst, Business Analyst, or similar role in IT / Data environments.
• Solid understanding of Demand Planning concepts, planning cycles, and KPIs.
• Experience with advanced planning platforms (e.g., o9, SAP IBP, SAP APO, Kinaxis, Blue Yonder, OMP, Anaplan).
• Strong Excel skills: PivotTables, formulas, data reconciliation.
• Basic SQL knowledge to extract and validate data.

Responsabilidades

• Act as a key link between Demand Planning and IT teams.
• Translate business needs into clear functional requirements, user stories, and backlogs.
• Support and improve forecasting, demand review, and S&OP capabilities.
• Work in an Agile/Scrum environment with global teams.
• Analyze data to validate assumptions and support testing.
• Contribute to end‑to‑end planning solutions and ensure data quality.
