Qualifications

• 6+ years in B2B demand generation with pipeline ownership.
• Direct ownership of pipeline targets and revenue impact.
• Experience with LinkedIn organic and paid strategies.
• Strong HubSpot workflows and attribution reporting.
• Experience scaling paid media with $5k+ monthly spend.

Responsibilities

• Own LinkedIn as primary demand channel with campaigns.
• Scale paid media across Google, LinkedIn, Facebook, and ChatGPT within budget.
• Manage HubSpot campaign infrastructure and attribution.
• Leverage intent data to build target account lists.
• Weekly spend, MQLs, SQLs and pipeline reporting.
• Run A/B tests on creative, audiences, offers.
• Develop AI-assisted workflows to increase output.
• Collaborate with sales on messaging and handoff.
• Own demand plan aligned to ARR target.
