Sensata Technologies is seeking a Customer Service Representative to act as the main liaison for delivery and order status. You will collaborate with production, planning, and logistics to meet customer requirements and resolve issues quickly.

The role requires strong communication, organization, and multitasking abilities within a fast-paced environment. You will engage with internal teams and customers to ensure timely, accurate information and proactive problem resolution.

Formación

• A university degree is required or equivalent relevant work experience.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Excellent oral and written communication, and presentation skills.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the main point of contact for delivery and order status for assigned customers.
• Provide guidance on stock levels, lead times, production, and transportation options based on customer needs.
• Review daily demand and deviations, and communicate delivery risks proactively.
