SimplePractice LLC is seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry & Customer Support Specialist to join the Customer Success team, focusing on accurate data handling and a smooth onboarding experience. You will manage essential first-touch communications and foundational data transfers, ensuring data is accurate and processed efficiently across the onboarding journey.

• Limited to no prior professional experience required; some roles may require a specific educational background or degree.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
• High level of accuracy and commitment to data integrity.
• Strong communication and first-touch customer interaction skills.
• Ability to manage tasks and deadlines with accountability.

Responsabilidades

• Send professional, empathetic first-touch responses to customers to start their data transfer process.
• Execute straightforward data migrations from spreadsheets/CSVs with correct mapping.
• Review incoming datasets for errors and perform basic cleansing (trim, format, organize).
• Coordinate the transfer queue and ensure deadlines are met.
• Follow HIPAA, PHI, and PII regulations with diligence.
