MezTal is seeking a Data Specialist to join the Asset Management team for a U.S.-based client in Real Estate, Senior Living & Healthcare. This is a hands-on, operational role focused on collecting, cleaning, organizing, and validating large data sets.

The ideal candidate enjoys working with data, has strong Excel skills, and is experienced with Oracle Smart View. This role emphasizes maintaining accurate information across company systems in a hybrid Mexico City workplace.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Oracle Smart View is required.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills are required.
• Professional English proficiency and data management experience.

Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, organize, and process data from multiple sources into the database.
• Use Oracle Smart View and Excel to manage and update information.
• Review data for errors, inconsistencies, duplicates, or missing information.
• Ensure data accuracy before and after importing information into systems.
• Support data integrity and standardization processes.
• Work with large datasets and maintain organized records.
• Perform quality checks on imported data and resolve discrepancies.
• Complete recurring data management tasks and support additional projects.
