MezTal in Guadalajara, Mexico, is seeking a Data Specialist to join our Asset Management team for a U.S.-based client. This hybrid, full-time role focuses on collecting, cleaning, organizing, and validating large data sets to ensure accuracy across systems.

The ideal candidate has hands-on Oracle Smart View experience, strong Excel skills, and professional English. You will work with cross-border data and support data quality and standardization efforts daily.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Oracle Smart View is required.
• Professional English proficiency is required.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including formulas, Pivot Tables, and data validation.
• Experience in data management or data processing roles with large datasets.

Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, organize, and process data from multiple sources into the company’s database.
• Use Oracle Smart View and Microsoft Excel to manage and update information.
• Review and validate data to identify errors, inconsistencies, duplicates, or missing information.
• Ensure data accuracy and consistency before and after importing information into company systems.
• Support data integrity and standardization processes.
• Work with large datasets and maintain organized, accurate records.
• Perform quality checks on imported data and resolve discrepancies.
• Complete recurring data management tasks while meeting established deadlines.

About the Opportunity

At MezTal, we are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Data Specialist to join the Asset Management team of one of our U.S.-based clients in the Real Estate Investment industry, with a focus on senior living and healthcare properties.

This is a hands-on, operational role focused on collecting, cleaning, organizing, and validating large amounts of data to ensure accuracy and consistency across company systems.

The ideal candidate enjoys working with data, has strong Excel skills, and is experienced with Oracle Smart View. This position is not focused on complex data analysis or programming, but rather on maintaining accurate and reliable information.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, organize, and process data from multiple sources into the company's database.
• Use Oracle Smart View and Microsoft Excel to manage and update information.
• Review and validate data to identify errors, inconsistencies, duplicates, or missing information.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Oracle EPM, Hyperion, or other Oracle database solutions.
• Previous experience supporting financial, real estate, or asset management teams.
