Qualifications

• Excellent Excel skills including formulas, Pivot Tables, and data validation tools.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle Smart View.
• Professional English proficiency.
• Experience in data management, data processing, or similar operational roles.
• Experience with large datasets from multiple sources.
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to collaborate with a U.S.-based team.

Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, organize, and process data from multiple sources into the company database.
• Use Oracle Smart View and Excel to manage and update information.
• Review and validate data to identify errors, inconsistencies, duplicates, or missing information.
• Ensure data accuracy before and after importing into systems.
• Support data integrity and standardization processes.
• Work with large datasets and maintain organized records.
• Perform quality checks on imported data and resolve discrepancies.
• Complete recurring data management tasks within deadlines.
• Support data processing, reporting, and administrative projects as needed.
