Responsibilities

• Complete survey input on behalf of clients, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
• Conduct initial job matching for clients, applying keen attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Verify the accuracy and validity of submitted data, adhering to high standards.
• Collaborate with Data Solutions and Client Success Managers in the US and Mexico to address input issues.
• Address client inquiries regarding compensation and survey data, offering analyses.
• Develop and maintain positive collaborator relations through regular communications.
• Translate client questions and requests into opportunities for supplemental report sales or consulting.
• Analyze compensation and survey reports, assist in review and modification of reports for client use.
• Assist in various ad-hoc projects, demonstrating versatility and ambition.
