Safran Group in Mexico is seeking a Data Administrator Intern M/F to support master data management across vendors, employees, customers, and GL accounts within our SSC. You will work in SAP/ERP systems, maintain documentation, analyze KPIs, and assist Internal Control audits while applying QRQC and RPO methods to improve processes.

Typical tasks include creating/modifying master data, documenting procedures, forecasting monthly request volumes, and ensuring accuracy and timeliness of data

Formación

• Bachelor's degree completed or in progress.
• Strong documentation and process-control skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and ERP familiarity helpful.

Responsabilidades

• Create and modify master data for vendors, customers, employees, and GL accounts in ERP.
• Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with internal controls.
• Record exchange rates and support bank template requests for vendor setup.
• Assist with Internal Control audits and improve processes using QRQC/RPO.
