LawnStarter Inc. is seeking a senior analytics governance leader to own data quality, trust, and the roadmap across the organization. You will oversee the transition to Lightdash, manage the semantic layer, and ensure secure, scalable analytics that inform product, marketing, and finance decisions.

You will lead data governance initiatives, collaborate with product and operations, and scale the data platform with automation and strong standards, while enabling self-serve analytics across teams.

Qualifikationen

• Experience with data governance and data quality.
• Experience with Lightdash, dbt, and data pipelines.
• Hands-on data platform ownership and collaboration across teams.

Aufgaben

• Own the data roadmap and prioritize platform investments.
• Ensure data quality and freshness across source data, pipelines, and reports.
• Maintain data lineage, impact analysis, and governance through the semantic layer.
• Administer Lightdash workspace, permissions, and rollout.
• Extend semantic definitions and mappings as the layer scales.
• Governance of event tracking with a governed Segment catalog.
• Oversee AI data readiness and security/privacy compliance.
• Maintain governance documentation and review cycles.
